OUR RETURN POLICY
Your happiness is our main focus and we like to keep things as simple as possible. If your purchase arrives and you are not 100% satisfied, if anything is broken or damaged, or if there is an item missing, please email info@skinnymaverick.com immediately so that we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible. This policy has last been updated on 5 July 2023.
Want to return something?
Unfortunately, we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original, unopened packaging. If this applies you are welcome to return any product purchased from our online store within 7 days of receiving it. Returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days. We will organize for a courier to collect the item, and as soon as we receive it, we will replace the item in accordance with the policy specifications below.
If you bought goods from our online shop as a result of direct marketing (emails regarding products, sales, new arrivals to the store, etc.) a five-day cooling-off period applies. You may return an item within 5 days of receiving the goods for a refund of the sum of the products alone, shipping costs will not be refunded. Regrettably, we will not accept returns or refunds on our supplement range due to the nature of such products.
Preparing your products for a return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging and have a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is worthy of a refund you will be contacted.
To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;
Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.
Is the item not what you ordered?
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you and not as described on the Website, please notify us and we will have a courier collect the item. If the product is missing any accessories or parts, you will need to follow the process set out in the section below. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible at no extra cost.
Products damaged on delivery:
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery by contacting us by email at info@skinnymaverick.com

This will ensure that neither party spend unnecessary costs on couriers. Once we have inspected the images and relevant information and validated your return request, we will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once the item is delivered to us an additional inspection will be done, whereafter we will replace and ship the product back to you as soon as possible (usually shipped within 5 working days after returned products have been received).
Defective products:
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality, in good working order, and without defects. A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:

Should your return request be approved, and you have chosen to be refunded, you will be refunded within 7 working days from the refund approval.
