What are my delivery options, and how much does it cost?

Standard delivery is FREE for orders totaling R750 or more. We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa via The Courier Guy or Fastway Couriers.

What will the delivery cost me?

Standard delivery for all orders over R750 gets FREE shipping. Any orders below this total will incur a R100 (Local) and R110 (National) flat rate courier fee.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, to collect your order, simply select "Collect" on the checkout page. This will give you the collection address. 

When will I get my order?

Delivery and collection times can vary. Estimates are provided below to help you shop.

Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Pretoria: 2-5 working days from the shipment confirmation email.

Regional areas: 2-6 working days from the shipment confirmation email.

Remote areas: 3-7 working days from the shipment confirmation email.

What is Same-day Shipping?

Same-day shipping means that we will pack your order and hand it over to our courier the same day you ordered.
Orders that are placed before 1 pm will be shipped on the same day, any orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped the following morning.

Can I change my delivery address?

No, unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your delivery address once payment has been received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside of South African borders.

What happens if a product is missing from my order?

If you get your order and it is incomplete, please notify us immediately via email at info@skinnymaverick.com

How do I track my order?

Once we have packed your order for shipment, we will send you an updated email with the tracking details of your parcel.

We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.

Payment Methods:

Payment may be made for goods via the following methods (depending on their availability and/or your eligibility to use such a method):

Debit and Credit Cards:

Where payment is made by debit card, we may require additional information in order to authorize and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases, we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorization is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorization your order for the Goods will be canceled. You warrant that you are fully authorized to use the debit card supplied for purposes of paying for the Goods. You also warrant that your debit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website

Direct Bank Deposit or EFT:

If you pay via direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer, payment must be made within 5 (five) days of placing your order. We will not accept your order if payment has not been received.

PayFast:

PayFast is an Instant EFT payment platform with payment options available to all customers who bank with Capitec, ABSA, FNB, Investec, Nedbank, or Standard Bank.

There are two ways to make EFT payments using PayFast: Automatic EFT and Manual EFT.

PayFast guarantees the highest levels of security when paying online. They have a Thawte EV SSL encryption certificate which gives our payment processing service a very high level of security. They also have a proxy between the buyer and the bank to facilitate a faster, safer, and easier payment process for both you and us. Most importantly, your online banking details are NOT stored by us or PayFast.

Yoco:

Accepts both Visa International and Master Card International associations.

Zapper:

Bank cards on Master Card and Visa platforms are accepted. Your card must be activated for online purchases.

Once you have selected your payment method, you will be directed to a link to a secure site for payment of the applicable purchase price for the goods.
