Ek het in die winter my kefirgrains gekoop. Was so n heerlike verrassing toe my pakkie kom met al die bederfies daarby! Die verpakking was uit die boonste rakke en die kefirkorrels het so gesond gelyk. (Ek het n rukkie voor ek van Skinny Maverick gehoor het, kefirkorrels ten duurste gekoop en dit was n groot flop.)
Nodeloos om te sê, gesonde kefir en vriendelike, vinnige diens, is n wenkombinasie!
Ek hou van die smaak daarvan net so, of soms blits ek dit met blueberries/aarbeie/papaya of selfs piesang. Week n bietjie chiasaadjies daarin en voila, n heerlike smoothie. Vol gesondheid!!
Kefir het my lewe op so n positiewe wyse beïnvloed en ek het ook reeds van my oormaat uitgedeel aan my kollegas en vriende.
Die pad wat ek met julle stap, is so positief. Julle is altyd naby met raat en idees, behulpsaam, vinnig met n response en sommer net fantastiese mense.
Mag julle besigheid van krag tot krag gaan, doen so voort.

Lewendige Kefir Kolonie
Ek gebruik my kefir elke dag, ek lief dit. Het al n plantjie met my vriendin gedeel. Alhoewel ek nogsteeds sukkel met hardlywigheid, sukkel om genoeg water te drink. Gebruik kefir dit met vanilla, chia seeds, Bessies(indien ek voorraad het) en protien poeier daagliks, n koppie vol. Ek was vreeslik skepties oor Kefir omdat ek nie van joghurt hou nie, asook nie van suur/karringmelk nie. Maar ek geniet die kefir. Weet nie of dit verband hou nie, maar my vel is beslis beter.
