Description
xPsyllium, a form of soluble fiber, is sourced from the husks of the psyllium seed. Psyllium, also known as Ispagahula, helps alleviate diarrhea, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, and more. It is best known for its uses for digestive health, but can also assist in providing other health benefits such as lowering cholesterol, helping maintain healthy blood sugar levels, and lowering high blood pressure.
Ingredients:
100% Pure Psyllium Husk (Plantago ovata). Each capsule contains approximately 500mg of Psyllium Husk powder.
Free from Gluten, Wheat, Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Flavours, Sweeteners, Preservatives, Colours, Flow Agents, Bulking Agents, Binders, Stabilizers, and Additives. All attempts have been made to ensure herbs and spices are free of pesticides, irradiation preservatives, gluten, and lactose.

Directions of Use:
