Directions of Use:

Add 2 heaped teaspoons to your teapot or a 1-liter container - top up with boiling water and let stand overnight for full strength. Strain into a glass bottle and refrigerate. Drink 1/2 cup 3 times a day. Drink hot or cold. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Warnings and Precautions:

Symptoms such as occasional dry mouth, loose stools, mild diuresis, and slight dizziness have been observed in weak patients when the herb is administered on an empty stomach. Please use only as directed. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage.
