Protein Pancakes—a delicious and nutritious twist on a breakfast classic, a meal for any occasion. And as a bonus it is very filling, keeping you full for hours.

4 Pancakes = 1 serving

If you are using a large pan, you will get about 4 pancakes out, so then your will have 2 pancakes for a serving instead of 4 small pancakes.

  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Tbsp AviProtein Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Full-Fat Fresh Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together thoroughly creating a runny batter.
  1. Put a pan on the stove with some Tallow and warm it up nice and good.
  2. In the hot pan, pour a thin layer of the batter and let cook for about a minute until firm, then flip over the pancake and cook on the other side until nice and brown.
  1. Repeat for the rest of the batter. You should get about 7-8 pancakes out of this batter.
  2. Add your toppings, roll up, and enjoy!
